Haiti: A Descent Into Madness

When Haiti's President Aristide fled his country, armed Aristide supporters started shooting at civilians and the police.  Looking among civilians began throughout downtown Port au-Prince.  When rebels moved into the capital to restore order confrontation was inevitable. As the political crisis quiclkly worsened, the country descended into chaos.
